Training
Recovery and mobility in a training week
Leave space in the plan
A week should allow rest and reflect the training someone already does. A recovery day should not quietly turn into another hard workout.
Use simple feedback
Record effort and whether instructions were clear. A log can show patterns; it cannot diagnose fatigue or an injury.
Keep mobility comfortable
Optional gentle movement is different from a clinical rehabilitation plan. Exercise selection for pain needs individual assessment.
Ask for help when needed
New or worsening pain, illness or health concerns should interrupt automatic training changes. Seek appropriate professional advice rather than using a generated exercise swap as clearance.
