EIGHTPACE — CURRENT PROGRAMME REVIEW RECORD 7 October 2026. Product revision 16; programme revision 7. Reviewed by a certified HYROX trainer. Provenance: the operator confirmed HYROX certification earlier in this conversation and, on 7 October, confirmed the coach has reviewed the current personalisation rules: recent-training starting volume, retention of familiar quality work for established runners, and the race-time scenario calculator. The coach is helping build the programme. Identity is kept private. No independent credential verification, efficacy trial or guarantee is claimed. Scope: adult Singles Open; beginner/intermediate/advanced routes across three/four/five days; one continuous workout by default; opted-in split sessions with separate budgets; eligible six-to-twelve-week preparation, foundation and base routes; recent running, equipment and time constraints. No universal eight/twelve-week compression and no automatic eight-kilometre-repeat prescription. Evidence supports general principles. Exact sets, minutes, progression thresholds, starting-volume percentages and effort descriptions are authored prescriptions. Athlete examples supply practical context and do not establish causal evidence. No champion's workload is copied as a general prescription. Review/current-rules.json records a digest of the exact programme source files. Only deterministic output from those unchanged reviewed rules inherits the record, and each resulting plan is stored with its own immutable content hash. Future changes invalidate inheritance until their review is recorded. Software passing tests does not establish coach approval. Existing accounts retain their saved programme, completed workouts and partials. An operator can attach this review to an existing current snapshot only when its content exactly matches a rebuild of the reviewed rules. Different or earlier snapshots retain their existing status. Revised training is only applied after the member previews and confirms it. Coach checkpoints for future changes: total running including preparation; lower-body lifting/stations/classes; long-run/quality spacing; realistic continuous and split time budgets; repeat eligibility; foundations and shortened block entry; interpretation of self-reported baselines and goal scenarios; equipment limitations; taper. Reproducible fictional review material: programme-review-v16.csv, weekly-review-v16.csv and baseline-scenarios-v16.json. These software-generated matrices are review aids, not evidence of real-athlete outcomes. Editorial approval, 7 October 2026: the operator additionally confirmed that all current articles have been reviewed and approved by the certified HYROX trainer. This covers the current training guides, station articles, movement notes and learning explanations. Review/current-editorial.json records the exact article-source hashes; changed sources no longer inherit this approval. This records the operator’s confirmation, not an independent credential check or approval of future revisions. Publication-status wording was brought into line with that confirmation; programme doses and saved records were not changed.
